There is a lot for young people to have to deal with in the world today.  They are met with a constant stream of situations & challenges that can cause them distress and/or negatively impact their emotional state. It is a real passion of mine to be able to work with children & teens to help them overcome whatever obstacles they face, because a resolution whilst young, will mean they are more likely to head into adulthood with a resilient and well-balanced mindset.

I offer a free consultation followed by 121 therapy sessions.

The techniques I use are highly effective and really do work quickly once I have an understanding of the true nature of the problem. NLP works on the principle that we all have everything we need within us to succeed however sometimes our minds become clouded with negative, unwanted thoughts and beliefs. By working together, your child and I are able to unpick these unhelpful habits and install a positive inner dialogue that will allow them to lead a confident and happy life.

A common consequence of a child who is struggling is that home life suffers too. Family members, young and old, get caught in the crossfire when difficult emotions/behaviour patterns are not addressed causing chaos and a culture of “walking on eggshells”.  Using NLP interventions, my 121’s help your young person manage their disruptive habits resulting in a calmer, happier child which in turn has a positive ripple effect across everyone close to them.  Family dynamics become more balanced and home becomes a safe and peaceful haven for all.
